Okay, so don't expect this to be posted to regularly. It's come about from a larking about session with a friend. The title refers to my (and her) propensity to be 'balloons' when we get together in a certain mood. I'll try and collect amusing and funny bits here for our mutual entertainment, but I have a fluctuating sense of humour.. and I love lolcats... so consider yourself warned.
